Our farm is a place where tradition meets innovation. Every aspect of the farming is carefully considered to minimize our environmental footprint while maximizing the nutritional value and taste of our produce. From the early morning harvesting to the thoughtful crop rotation, our gardeners farm the most amazing produce. Every detail is meticulously managed to ensure that our restaurant receives the best ingredients to create truly exceptional meals.
In addition to our own farm and produce, Restaurant Sow extends its efforts into sustainability to every part of the site's operation. From using solar panels and external water storage, to the furniture and napkins we use in our restaurant - which are handmade on the estate - sustainability is the primary focus of what we do.
